Job Title: Principal Architect
Location: Remote (Travel to Hyderabad twice a month required)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Architect to lead system design, drive engineering excellence, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role demands strong hands-on coding expertise, deep architectural knowledge, and leadership in building up-to-date, cloud-native systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; ensure system stability and performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement complex solutions
- Define and implement best practices for software development and architecture
- Own SLO, SLI, and SLA metrics for services
- Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
- Mentor and guide engineering teams across multiple projects
- Drive adoption of modern tools including AI/GenAI in development workflows
- Ensure system scalability, security, and operational excellence




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Business

Required Skills & Expertise Core Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on coding experience in Java / Go (backend) and React / Native Apps (frontend)
- Expertise in System Design & Architecture (HLD, LLD):
- Experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems
- Strong debugging skills with APM tools like New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace

Cloud & Infrastructure
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP:
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation:
- CI/CD tools:Jenkins, ArgoCD

Data & Messaging
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS & NoSQL (document, columnar, graph databases):
- Experience with Redis (caching) and Kafka (messaging systems)

API & Integration
- Hands-on with REST, gRPC, GraphQL, WebSockets

Performance & Scalability
- Should have built and deployed high volume (> 500+ tps), high performance (respons
