Job Overview

We are looking for a versatile professional to manage a hybrid role involving outbound sales calling and back-office operations. This is a dual-responsibility role — you will be the voice of AstroDevam for our customers while also ensuring smooth day-to-day operations behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Communication (Primary Focus):
- Outbound Sales: Make calls to potential customers to share product details and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries regarding products or consultations politely.
- WhatsApp Follow-ups: Engage with customers via WhatsApp for order confirmations and service updates.
- Order Tracking: Coordinate with customers to provide real-time updates on their order status.

Back-Office & Admin:
- Data Entry & Records:



Maintain accurate stock/inventory records and customer data using Microsoft Excel (Basic entry).
- Order Processing: Ensure all sales data and order details are entered correctly into the system for the dispatch team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Good verbal skills in Hindi and English; ability to handle phone calls with confidence and patience.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Basic Data Entry), WhatsApp Web, and general internet browsing.
- Aptitude: A positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn about astrology and spiritual products.
