Key Responsibilities:
- Manage freight brokerage operations for US-based clients
- Source and onboard carriers for available loads
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and shippers
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Handle international calls with US clients and drivers professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers
- Resolve any issues related to delays, detention, or delivery
- Update load status in TMS and maintain proper documentation
- Meet daily/weekly targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in US logistics / freight brokerage
- Strong international calling experience (US market preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Positive negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop) is a plus
- Ability to work in night shift (US time zone)
