Job Description: Automobile Sales Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance options
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills:
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation ability
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and latest industry trends
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- MS Office / CRM knowledge preferred

Qualifications:




- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience in automobile or retail sales
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

Salary & Benefits
- ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
