Job Summary

The Apple (iOS) Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Apple devices such as iPhones, iPads, and related products. The role requires robust technical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to ensure high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
- Device Diagnosis & Repair:
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in iPhones and iPads
- Perform repairs such as screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, and motherboard-level fixes
- Troubleshoot iOS-related software problems
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of iOS versions and Apple device models
- Understand Apple repair standards and procedures
- Customer Service:
- Interact with customers to understand device issues
- Clearly explain repair processes, timelines, and costs
- Provide professional and honest service recommendations
- Quality Control:
- Test devices thoroughly after repair
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Data Handling & Safety:
- Ensure customer data privacy and confidentiality




- Follow proper procedures for data protection
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain stock of spare parts and tools
- Track usage and report requirements for replenishment
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and service details
- Update service logs and job cards accurately

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of iOS devices and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with mobile repair tools and equipment
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in mobile repair / electronics
- Experience in repairing Apple devices preferred
- Certification from Apple Inc. authorized programs (optional but advantageous)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
