Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, brokers)
- Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about projects
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Marketing:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for ads, social media, and campaigns
- Assist in organizing promotional events, property exhibitions, and site launches
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and ads
- Track campaign performance and generate reports

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field




- Proven experience in real estate sales/marketing
- Robust understanding of property sales processes

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and closing abilities
- Customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with residential/commercial project sales
- Existing network of brokers or channel partners
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of leads generated
- Conversion ratio (leads to sales)
- Revenue targets achieved
- Client satisfaction and retention

Salary:
Fixed salary + attractive incentives (performance-based)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
