Job Title: Store Incharge

Location: Ahmedabad
Industry: Machinery Manufacturing (Mixer Machines)
Reports To: Plant Head / Purchase Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, bought-out items, and finished goods to ensure smooth production and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inventory of MS/SS materials, motors, gearboxes, fasteners, consumables
- Manage GRN, material receipt, and vendor coordination
- Issue materials as per production indent/BOM
- Maintain stock in ERP/Tally/Excel
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and FIFO
- Coordinate dispatch, transporter, and e-way bill
- Conduct monthly stock audit & reconciliation
- Maintain store safety and documentation compliance

Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma
- 2-5 years’ experience in engineering/machinery manufacturing stores
- Knowledge of industrial materials & inventory control
- Familiar with Tally/ERP & Excel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
