Civil CAD Trainer cum Draftsman is responsible for training students and professionals in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software relevant to Construction industry. This role involves conducting classroom and online sessions, designing curriculum, and helping learners develop practical CAD skills to prepare them for industry requirements.

Role also involves Technical Documentation like Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and structural drawings for residential or commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging training sessions on Civil CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp, Etabs, StaadPro, Lumion etc.)

Knowledge on Revit MEP or StaadPro orEtabs will be added advantage

Develop, update, and deliver comprehensive training programs, manuals, and materials tailored to mechanical engineering design.

Provide hands-on demonstrations, workshops, and project-based learning experiences.

Assess the progress and performance of trainees, providing feedback and mentorship as needed.





Offer technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support during practical sessions.

Stay current with changes in CAD software, industry standards, and technological advancements.

Customize instructional methods based on student proficiency and learning styles.

Organize and supervise practical projects to enhance applied learning.

Maintain training records and generate progress reports.

Coordinate with other trainers and management for continuous improvement of training modules.

Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and structural drawings for residential or commercial projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil/Architectural Engineering, Design, or a related field.

Proficiency in major civil CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp, Etabs, StaadPro, Lumion etc..), demonstrated by certifications or substantial hands-on experi
