Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses using standard laboratory techniques
- Take pilot batches in laboratory using the product SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
- Prepare samples, reagents, and solutions for testing
- Record, analyze, and interpret experimental data accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness of the workspace
- Assist in developing and validating new testing methods or processes
- Prepare technical reports and documentation of findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, production, and quality assurance

Qualifications




- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant laboratory experience (industry or academic)
- Robust knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation
- Familiarity with laboratory safety standards and procedures
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or laboratory software systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in polymer industry preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
