Key Responsibilities
- Retail Onboarding: Identify and visit specialized pet stores, clinics, and modern trade outlets to pitch and place our pet food products.
- Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with store owners and veterinarians to ensure our brand is recommended to pet parents.
- Merchandising: Ensure our products are displayed prominently at "eye-level" and manage point-of-sale materials (posters/danglers).
- Order & Collection: Take secondary orders from retailers and coordinate with the distributor for timely delivery and payment collection.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports (DSR) and provide feedback on competitor pricing and schemes.
- Beat Management: Follow a daily "beat plan" to ensure maximum coverage of key areas like Adyar, OMR, Anna Nagar, and Velachery.

Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in Field Sales (FMCG, OTC,



or Pet Industry preferred). _Freshers_with high energy and a two-wheeler are welcome to apply.
- Language: Must be fluent in Tamil and have a working knowledge of English.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, "go-getter" attitude, and basic knowledge of smartphone apps for sales reporting.
- Local Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with Chennai’s geography and retail hubs.
