We are looking for an empathetic and communicative Student Assistant to support our learners on the Testline app. Since many of our users are preparing for state-level and national exams, you will be their primary guide in resolving issues and helping them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Interact with students primarily in Hindi (and basic English) via chat, WhatsApp, and calls
2. Solve problems by explaining how to access mock tests, interpret AI-driven results, and resolve login or payment issues
3. Assist with app navigation by helping students understand features like "Smart Revision" and "Detailed Analysis."
4. Share feedback by relaying common student challenges in Hindi to the product team for improvements

Pay: ₹10,207.54 - ₹33,492.03 per month
