About the Role

We are looking for energetic and self-driven field sales agent to join our on-ground activation team in Rae Bareli. The role involves direct outreach to local transport operators and drivers across key market areas, supporting a live platform expansion initiative in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Cover assigned localities, market areas, and transport hubs across Rae Bareli
- Engage with local drivers and transport operators and explain platform benefits
- Guide interested individuals through a simple mobile-based registration process
- Send hourly field updates with GPS-tagged photos to your reporting supervisor
- Contribute to local activation and community outreach efforts

Work Structure




- Full-time outdoor role with daily field movement across assigned zones
- Structured working hours with hourly GPS and photo check-ins
- Ground team with dedicated field supervision and support
- Evaluated on field presence, activity quality, and daily outreach coverage

Who Should Apply
- Willing to work outdoors and move across different areas of Rae Bareli daily
- Communicates well in Hindi
- Freshers encouraged to apply
- Background in field sales, ground promotions, or community outreach is a plus
- Must carry an Android smartphone for daily GPS reporting
