Plan and coordinate export shipments.
- Coordinate with Freight Forwarders (CHA)
- Track Shipments
- Arrange Booking with Shipping Lines
- Prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of lading, Export invoices and dispatch Documents
- Coordinate With Warehouse for packing and dispatch documents
- Maintain Export records and Shipment Records
- Communicate shipment status to customers And internal teams
- Follow up with transporters and freight partners
- Maintain Shipment Tracking reports
- Update Logistics MIS in Excel/ERP
- Maintain Dispatch and export data records
- Basic understanding of incoterms
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
