Vortexen is seeking an experienced Recruiter with hands-on exposure to the UK market to support our growing international workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Use platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Understand UK job requirements and basic compliance
- Work closely with internal teams to fulfil hiring needs
- Achieve defined recruitment targets
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience
- Mandatory experience in UK recruitment:
- Experience in construction / industrial / blue-collar hiring preferred
- Solid understanding of UK job market and hiring practices
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Preferred Profile
- Experience working with international clients
- Immediate joiners preferred
Working Conditions
