Job Summary:
The Banquet Sales Manager is responsible for driving banquet and event sales, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful event execution. The role requires strong sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new banquet sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly/annual banquet revenue targets.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, and walk-in clients.
- Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations.

2. Client Management
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate banquet packages.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate rates and close sales agreements.
- Ensure exceptional customer service from inquiry to event completion.

3. Event Coordination
- Coordinate with banquet operations, F&B;, kitchen, and housekeeping teams to ensure event requirements are met.




- Conduct pre-event meetings with clients and operations.
- Ensure smooth event execution and handle any escalations on the day of the event.

4. Administration & Reporting
- Maintain updated sales reports, client databases, and revenue forecasts.
- Oversee documentation including contracts, BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends.

5. Marketing & Promotions
- Assist in creating banquet promotions and packages.
- Collaborate with marketing for digital promotions and campaigns.
- Participate in networking events and expo activities.
