About the Role

Capace Software Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with Aryumoney (a leading mutual funds distributor), is looking for result-oriented and dynamic Sales Executives to drive the sales of diversified mutual fund products. The role involves guiding clients toward achieving their financial goals through customized investment solutions while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client financial needs, risk appetite, and investment goals to recommend suitable mutual fund schemes.
- Clearly explain fund performance, benefits, risks, charges, and current market trends to clients.
- Assist clients with end-to-end transaction processes including purchases, redemptions, and portfolio switches on the platform.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and generate referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems,



including client interactions, sales pipelines, and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated with financial market trends, regulatory changes, and current product offerings to provide informed and ethical advice.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in financial services, mutual funds, or investment products).
- Strong understanding of mutual fund products and basic financial concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
