The Tamarind Hotel is a premium hospitality brand in Goa offering world-class guest experiences. We are expanding our corporate reservations team in Delhi and are looking for passionate professionals who can deliver seamless booking experiences and guest communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Front Office team in Goa for smooth guest check-in, special requests, and pre-arrival arrangements
- Respond to guest inquiries, booking requests, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
- Manage booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and no-show cases efficiently
- Maintain accurate reservation records in PMS (Opera / eZee / Hotelogix)
- Ensure correct guest details, room allocation notes, and preferences are updated in the system
- Assist guests with upselling room categories, add-ons, and packages
- Coordinate with Sales team for group bookings and corporate reservations
- Maintain guest database and history for repeat bookings and personalized service
- Ensure all reservations are aligned with hotel policies and procedures




- Handle basic coordination with travel agents and corporate clients for bookings

Note: This role focuses on reservations handling and guest coordination. Pricing strategy and OTA rate management will be handled by the revenue team.

Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (BHM / DHM preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in Hotel Reservations or Front Office
- Hands-on experience with PMS (Opera / eZee / Hotelogix preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to handle guest interactions and multitask efficiently

Preferred / Good to Have
- Prior experience in central reservations or hotel corporate office
- Knowledge of Goa market / leisure bookings
- Upselling or guest relationship handling experience
