Process orders accurately, deliver orders on time, and ensure those customer requirements are met.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- The sales coordinator job position requires him/her to make potential customers as interested in a company’s products and services as possible and set sales target.
- Process sales orders, track shipments, and handle outstanding.
- Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and finance to support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
