Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, cold calling, and networking.
- Promote financial products including personal loans, business loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment plans.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursal of financial products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
