Role Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive / Agent who is confident, persuasive, and driven to close deals.

This role is for someone who can understand client needs, build trust, and convert leads into site visits and bookings — not just someone who shares property details.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, etc.):
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties/projects:
- Schedule and manage site visits with clients:
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into bookings:
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business & referrals:
- Maintain lead data, CRM updates, and sales reports:
- Stay updated with ongoing projects, pricing, and market trends:
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures

Required Skills:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills:




- Basic understanding of sales process & customer handling:
- Ability to convince, pitch, and close deals:
- Confident personality with a go-getter attitude:
- Comfortable with field work & client meetings:
- Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred but not mandatory)
