Job Title: Immigration Paralegal (EB-1, O-1, NIW, E-2)

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze client-provided documentation and evidence for EB-1, O-1, NIW, and E-2 petitions
- Draft high-quality immigration petitions, including support letters, forms, and legal documentation *
- Communicate directly with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address queries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using internal systems and MIS tools
- Track case progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely filings.
- Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure consistency and quality across all filings.
- Assist in responding to RFEs (Requests for Evidence) and other USCIS communications.
- Prepare case summaries, checklists, and documentation for attorney review.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration law, specifically EB-1, O-1, NIW, and/or E-2 cases




- Strong drafting skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MIS tools, case management systems, and remote collaboration platforms
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setup

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a high-volume immigration law firm
- Familiarity with USCIS processes, premium processing timelines, and RFE handling
- Experience with client-facing roles in a virtual environment
