A pre-sales tele caller in the real estate industry is responsible for reaching out to current and potential clients to boost sales. They play a crucial role in generating leads and converting them into customers.

Responsibilities:
- Making calls to active and potential clients and give property details to client on call and convincing them for property visit.
- Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
- Schedule visits to the site for interested leads, ensuring that appointments are set up efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain an Excel spreadsheet to record and organize customer data, including contact information,



follow-up dates, and any other relevant details.
- Take regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move them further along the sales pipeline.

Requirements:
- Fresher/Experienced Tele callers required for Real estate industry.
- Excellent spoken Hindi, Gujarati and English must.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions to clients' queries.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
