Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom observations & provide feedback
- Plan and deliver teacher training sessions
- Manage team performance and reporting
- Analyze data and drive program improvements
- Build robust relationships with school stakeholders

Requirements:
- BA/MA (English mandatory) + B.Ed./M.Ed.
- 3+ years in education/development sector
- Experience in teacher training & team handling
- Strong communication & analytical skills
- Willingness to travel

Job Details
- 6 days/week (2 Saturdays off)
- Field-based role in community schools

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
