Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Salesperson at Golden Tree Garments, located in Delhi, India. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining the sales floor, managing stock displays, and handling customer inquiries. Additionally,



the Retail Salesperson will help achieve sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and providing a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Extensive Product Knowledge to provide accurate and informed recommendations
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive relationships and resolve queries effectively
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, quick-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in retail or a related role is a plus

Pay: ₹9,725.99 - ₹20,000.00 per month
