Role Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team as Home Consultants. In this role, you will engage with walk-in customers at our furniture studio, understand their needs, and help them select the perfect furniture and home décor solutions. Your goal will be to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection, focusing on furniture and home décor solutions
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and showroom appearance
- Support billing, order processing, and post-sales service
- Prepare daily reports on sales and customer interactions

Requirements:




- 6month -2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (freshers can apply)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest or passion for furniture, home décor, or interior styling
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced retail environment

Nature of Work

This is an in-store, customer-facing (floor sales) role. You will interact directly with walk-in customers, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable furniture, décor, and kitchenware products to enhance their living spaces.
