Job Title:Architect Designer II

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibility:
- Preparing and designing preliminary plans
- Develop design ideas working with team
- Develop design schemes and feasibility studies
- Coordinate with other disciplines
- Learn and understand International Building Codes
- Create presentation books for client presentations.
- Becomes familiar with company’s safety and working protocols
- No site visits required.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in US project-related field required
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, Bluebeam, Lumion
- Possess a strong theoretical and technical knowledge
- Ability to participate and collaborate in team projects.
- Ability to work independently and come up with solutions.
- Ability to think critically and creativity skills




- Strong verbal and written skills
- Solid prioritization and organization skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines

Work Authorization:
- India

Onwards: ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelors in Architecture

Experience:
- Total work: 2-5 years (preferred)
- Revit: 2 years (required)
- At least 2 years of exp. in the US projects

Language:
- English (required)
