Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations on Myntra Seller Panel:
- Handle order processing, order confirmation, and dispatch within timelines
- Work on Uniware (Unicommerce) for:
- Order management
- Inventory updates
- Warehouse coordination
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse for replenishment
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and minimize cancellations/RTOs
- Handle returns, exchanges, and reconciliation
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth dispatch and delivery
- Maintain product listings, pricing updates, and catalog accuracy
- Generate reports on sales, returns, and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with Myntra marketplace policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field




- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Hands-on experience with Myntra Seller Central:
- Working knowledge of Uniware / Unicommerce software:
- Solid understanding of order lifecycle and inventory management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Knowledge of SKU management and cataloging
- Basic data analysis skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
