Job Role:
- Upload customer documents received through WhatsApp into the system
- Prepare and share insurance quotations with customers
- Issue and send policy documents to customers
- Coordinate courier dispatch whenever required
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist in basic backend operations and customer coordination
Requirements:
- Requirements:
- Positive communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Prior experience in insurance or backend operations will be preferred
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
