Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Party Designer & Event Stylist who can ideate, design, and plan complete birthday or other experiences. The role involves creating unique themes, designing setups using digital tools, and coordinating execution to deliver visually stunning and memorable parties.

Key Responsibilities

Theme Ideation & Concept Development
- Create unique party themes based on client requirements
- Develop complete concepts and coordinate with vendors
- Suggesting recent trending themes
- On ground execution of the event
- Managing inventory and props

Design & Visualization
- Design mood boards, layouts, and mockups using Canva / design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.):
- Create client presentations with theme visuals and references
- Ensure strong aesthetics, color coordination, and detailing
- Ability to work under pressure and team working.

Client Interaction & Customization
- Understand client requirements,



preferences, and budget
- Present theme ideas and modify designs based on feedback
- Assist sales team in closing by showcasing strong concepts

Material Planning & Innovation
- Suggest materials, props, and creative elements
- Reuse and innovate existing inventory for cost efficiency
- Stay updated with latest trends in kids’ birthday décor

Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in events / event design / décor styling:
- Strong skills in Corel, Photoshop, Canva or other design tools:
- Good sense of colors, themes, and visual storytelling
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Good communication and client handling skills

Preferred (Bonus)
- Experience in kids’ events or play area setups
- Knowledge of materials, props, and vendor coordination
- Basic understanding of costing and budgeting

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
