Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Ensure timely execution of work as per design, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate effectively with designers, vendors, contractors, and labor teams.
- Monitor materials usage, track inventory, and reduce wastage.
- Handle on-site challenges, propose practical solutions, and escalate issues as needed.
- Implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
- Conduct daily reporting and documentation of site progress, issues, and materials used.
- Ensure safety protocols and compliance on site.
- Maintain clear communication between the office and the on-site team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in supervising interior design projects.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and installation processes.




- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and design layouts.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills with vendors and labor.
- Solid problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach at site.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for daily reporting.

Preferred Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,982.37 - ₹20,000.00 per month
