Job Title: Store Executive - Night Shift

Department: Warehouse / Store Operations
Shift Timing: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Location: Work From Office / Warehouse

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage store operations during the night shift. The role involves handling stock management, inventory control, inward and outward material tracking, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock receiving, storage, and dispatch activities during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate inventory records (inward & outward entries).
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical stock counts.
- Ensure proper arrangement and labeling of materials in the store.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics team for timely order processing.
- Maintain proper documentation of GRNs, invoices,



and stock registers.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
- Prevent stock damage, loss, or pilferage.

Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in stock management and inventory control.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse/store operations.
- Familiarity with inventory software or MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to work independently during night shift.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Proper documentation & record maintenance

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,422.28 - ₹30,811.80 per month
