Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Assist in listing, updating, and optimizing products on Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, and other e-commerce platforms.

Inventory & Pricing: Monitor stock levels, update pricing, and ensure accurate product information.
Order Processing: Support order fulfillment, coordinate with the warehouse team, and track shipments.
Promotions & Ads: Assist in running marketplace promotions, discounts, and campaigns to boost sales.
Customer Support: Address queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Performance Tracking: Generate reports on sales, returns, and ad performance to suggest improvements.
Competitor Analysis: Keep track of competitor listings, pricing strategies, and market trends.

Requirements:
- Experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart,



etc.Basic knowledge of Excel, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle marketplace operations efficiently.
- Prior experience in the FMCG or religious products industry is a plus.
