Urgently looking Relationship Officer for Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Rajasthan

Salary - 3 to 4 Lacs

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for various loan products such as Business Loans, LAP.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and other referral partners.
- Conduct preliminary eligibility checks and collect complete documentation from customers. Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files before submission to the credit/operations team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide regular market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends to management.





Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline preferred). Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in loan sourcing, field sales.
- Freshers with strong field sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Experience in NBFC, Bank, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
