One of our Prestigious Client is looking for IT Technician

Reporting to the IT Team Leader, you will serve as the first point of contact for IT service requests and incidents. You will provide troubleshooting and technical support, handle equipment installations and maintenance, manage IT inventory and procurement, and support various IT projects while ensuring full accountability for assigned tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support and manage tickets through resolution.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and software.
- Maintain documentation, manage IT inventory, and handle equipment procurement and disposal.
- Support current technology deployments and educate staff on IT policies and security practices.




- Collaborate with the corporate IT team, participate in meetings, and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Good written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology.
- Familiarity with tools such as GSuite, MS Office, and Jira Service Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
