Job Title: Car Accessories Executive cum Fitter

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell genuine car accessories to new and existing customers.
- Explain features, perks, and pricing of accessories.
- Achieve monthly accessories sales targets.
- Perform installation/fitment of accessories such as seat covers, infotainment systems, reverse cameras, body kits, lighting, etc.
- Ensure proper wiring and fitting without damaging vehicle components.
- Maintain stock records and coordinate with store/inventory team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
- Follow all safety guidelines and dealership SOPs.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass / ITI / Diploma in Automobile or relevant field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in car accessories sales and fitment (preferred in automobile dealership).
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicle electrical and interior systems.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

- Customer handling skills
- Teamwork and discipline

Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
