Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls professionally
- Communicate clearly with customers in English, Malayalam, and Hindi:
- Explain products/services and address customer queries
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain call records
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets
- Update customer information accurately in the system

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive listening and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
- Customer-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales
