Greet and welcome customers professionally and courteously.
- Assist customers throughout their showroom visit - from initial inquiry to post-purchase support.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Manage appointments and coordinate with sales and design consultants.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer feedback, complaints, and requests.
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales, inventory, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Support in showroom events, client gifting, and loyalty programs.
- Educate customers on diamond quality, certification, and product care (training will be provided if needed).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
