Plan and monitor academic activities and yearly curriculum

Organize academic meetings and teacher training programs

Monitor student performance and prepare result analysis reports

Ensure timely completion of syllabus

Coordinate examinations, assessments, and academic records

Maintain discipline and academic standards in the school
