We actively participate in exhibitions, pop-up stalls, and community events and are expanding our field presence.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and presentable Field Sales & Marketing Executive who can represent Plant Palette in the market, generate leads, and actively participate in event stalls. This is a field-oriented role focused on execution and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Market Expansion
- Visit cafes, offices, hotels, and residential societies to generate leads
- Pitch Plant Palette products to B2B and B2C clients
- Build relationships with interior designers, event planners, and retailers
- Maintain daily reporting of visits, leads, and conversions
Event & Stall Participation
- Represent Plant Palette at exhibitions and pop-up stalls
- Assist in stall setup and presentation
- Engage customers confidently and close on-the-spot sales
- Collect and manage leads during events for follow-up
Marketing Support
- Identify local collaboration opportunities
- Assist in planning promotional activities
- Provide on-ground market insights and feedback
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong communication skills
- Presentable and energetic personality
- Comfortable with field work and public interaction
- Sales-driven mindset
- Prior experience in sales or marketing preferred but not mandatory
- Availability during weekend events and exhibitions
