Job Description: IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- System & Network Management
- Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and IT systems.
- Technical Support
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
- Security & Compliance
- Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulations.
- Project Management
- Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and recent implementations.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver solutions on time.
- Innovation & Strategy
- Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
- Recommend emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain IT documentation,



asset inventory, and user manuals.
- Prepare regular reports on IT performance, risks, and improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT administration, support, or management.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems or enterprise software.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework or project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, MCSE, or CISSP are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
