Job Title: NTT Mother Teacher

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, caring, and energetic NTT Mother Teacher to join our team in fostering the development of young children at our school. The NTT Mother Teacher will play an essential role in shaping the early educational experience for children in the nursery or preschool setting, creating a nurturing and stimulating workplace, and working closely with both parents and staff to ensure the holistic growth and development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Management: Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for young children to learn, explore, and grow. Foster positive relationships with students and build trust.
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities, including storytelling, songs, games, and creative tasks that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Assessment: Regularly observe and assess the progress of each child,



tracking their milestones and developmental stages. Document findings and share with parents/guardians as needed.
- Parental Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and provide updates on school activities and events. Conduct parent-teacher meetings when necessary.
- Child-Centered Care: Address the individual needs of each child, providing extra support as needed. Assist with personal care routines, including feeding, toileting, and rest time.
- Classroom Organization: Organize and maintain classroom materials, supplies, and resources. Ensure cleanliness and safety in the classroom environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and school staff to provide a holistic learning experience for children. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
