Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet clients regularly and follow up to ensure smooth processing and timely export of fruits.
- Identify and secure orders for corrugated boxes as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with farmers and agents in fruit markets to procure quality produce at competitive prices.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with clients, farmers, and agents.
- Coordinate between procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and pricing in fruit and packaging sectors.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and procurement activities.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in fruit export, packaging, or corrugated box manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and market visits.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
