Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production line workers.
- Ensure production targets (output, quality, and delivery timelines) are achieved.
- Monitor assembly processes for electronic components, PCBs, and finished goods.
- Enforce quality control standards and ensure compliance with ISO and company policies.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance/engineering teams.
- Maintain proper documentation (production reports, shift logs, downtime records).
- Train, guide, and evaluate line operators and technicians.
- Ensure adherence to ESD, safety, and 5S standards.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate with the warehouse for timely supply.




- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly operations.
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, SMT, or electronic product assembly processes.
- Familiarity with production planning and quality control procedures.
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
