Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage General Trade sales in assigned areas by visiting retail stores, generating orders, maintaining strong retailer relationships, and ensuring product availability and visibility.
- Identify and onboard more retail stores, expand market coverage, and continuously work on increasing product presence across the territory.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery follow-ups, and basic stock planning for retail stores.
- Actively support city field sales operations for the company's D2C brand by travelling with the company’s mobile van, engaging with walk-in customers, explaining products, promoting offers, and helping build a regular customer base in residential and society areas.
- Help identify high-potential areas, societies, and retail clusters to expand both the retail store network and the field customer base.

Experience Required
- 1-2 years experience in FMCG General Trade sales in Vapi, Daman, Silvassa.




- Prior experience in detergent powder / home cleaning / commodity FMCG preferred.
- English medium background preferred (basic English communication required)
- Robust local market knowledge of Vapi, Daman, and Silvassa
- Ability to build long-term retailer and customer relationships
- Comfortable with full-day field work.
- FMCG sales experience in detergent or home care category
- Knowledge of and valuable relationship with retailers & supermarkets across Vapi, Daman & Silvassa
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willing to work across multiple sales channels (retail + field sales)

Salary & Incentives
- Salary
- as per experience & industry standards.
- Incentives based on the target achieved.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
