The Store Incharge will be responsible for end-to-end management of store operations including receipt, storage, issue, and control of materials related to engineering projects. The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely material availability for projects, and proper coordination with purchase, accounts, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Store & Inventory Management- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per Purchase Order, Delivery Challan, and Invoice.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and labelling of materials, spares, tools, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate stock records (inward, outward, balance) both physically and in system (ERP/Excel).
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation with system records.
- Ensure FIFO method is followed for issue of materials.





Material Issue & Control- Issue materials to projects, technicians, and departments against approved requisitions.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform concerned departments for reordering.
- Control excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory and report the same periodically.
- At the time of dispatch, ensure that all materials are physically counted and verified in the presence of the responsible person handling dispatch. The quantity should match the delivery challan and invoice.

Documentation & Records- Maintain all store-related documents such as GRNs, issue slips, return notes, stock registers, and gate passes.
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification, stock valuation, and audit requirements.
- Prepare periodic stock reports and submit to management as required.
- After dispatching the material, it is mandatory to:
- Obtain a signed and stamped copy of the delivery challan.
- Collect the acknowledged tax invoice/b
