JOB ROLE:
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Support marketing and Sales
- Co-ordinate with internal departments
- Maintain customer communication records
REQUIREMENTS:
- Any degree
- Experience: 1 - 2 years
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Solid customer handling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to coordinate with sales, production and customers
