Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and renders focusing on exterior views of high-rise commercial projects.
- Develop detailed textures, lighting setups, and materials to enhance visualization outputs.
- Collaborate closely with architects, design leads, and stakeholders to interpret project briefs and translate concepts into compelling visuals.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Provide creative input and feedback during the design development stage.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, software, and technologies in architectural visualization.
- Understand architectural drawings, plans, and construction details for accurate representation in 3D.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.




- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in 3D architectural visualization.
- Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Robust portfolio with a focus on exterior high-rise commercial buildings.
- Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction workflows.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Must be based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office/studio.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
