Key Responsibilities1. Training & Development
- Plan and conduct orientation programs for newly joined nurses.
- Organize regular in-service education sessions and skill-based training.
- Conduct competency assessments and refresher training.
- Develop training calendars and ensure implementation.
- Coordinate BLS/ACLS and emergency response training programs.

2. Clinical Supervision & Skill Enhancement
- Monitor nursing practices on the floor.
- Identify training gaps through audits and observation.
- Provide hands-on clinical demonstrations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and nursing protocols.

3. Quality & Compliance
- Support NABH/JCI (if applicable) compliance in nursing education.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and competency files.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.




- Assist in infection control training and compliance monitoring.

4. Evaluation & Performance Monitoring
- Conduct periodic skill assessments.
- Provide feedback to Nursing Superintendent regarding staff performance.
- Track training effectiveness and clinical outcomes.
- Prepare monthly training and audit reports.

5. Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with HODs and consultants for department-specific training.
- Support HR during recruitment by conducting skill evaluations.
- Promote evidence-based nursing practices.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
