Job Title: Mother Teacher - Grade 2 (Cambridge Curriculum)Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons based on the Cambridge Primary Curriculum (English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, etc.).
- Develop age-appropriate teaching materials and activities.
- Ensure conceptual understanding through interactive and experiential learning.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain student progress records.

2. Classroom Management
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Organize classroom resources and displays to support learning.

3. Student Development
- Support students’ emotional, social, and personal growth.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and communication skills.

4. Assessment & Reporting
- Conduct formative and summative assessments.
- Prepare report cards and provide constructive feedback.
- Track student performance and share progress with parents.





5. Parent Communication
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Address parent concerns professionally and promptly.

6. Co-curricular Involvement
- Participate in school activities, events, and celebrations.
- Support extracurricular programs and student engagement initiatives.

7. Professional Development
- Attend training sessions and workshops related to the Cambridge curriculum.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed preferred).
- Experience teaching primary grades (preferably Cambridge curriculum).
- Solid communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching.
