Customer Support Executive - Work From Office
Work Details
- Shift: 9 hours/day (including breaks)
- Working: 6 days/week (rotational shifts)
- Week Off: Rotational
- Cab Facility: Not Available
Job Role
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proper call documentation
